When running the Certcams, the audio works but the videos do not

Detailed Information:

The Certcams come on Osborne CD’s that are put out by that manufacturer with some of our demo’s.

The Certcams are all AVI files that require the Tech Smith Codecs.

The Codec is on your disk

Solution:

1. Double Click on My Computer
2. Right click on the CD-Rom drive
3. Click on Open
4. Double Click on the Programs Folder
5. Double Click on the Certcams Folder
6. Double Click tscc.exe

Run the installer
Test program
