If your the data appears shifted or jumbled up on the screen, or you cannot see all of the buttons for the Learnkey product.

Detailed Information:

Changing the DPI Settings to 96 DPI or normal fonts will correct the problem you are experiencing.

Solution:

1. Click on Start
2. Click on Control Panel.
3. Now type "Adjust font size " in the search box without the quotes.
4. Hit enter - It will take you directly to the link for the DPI Scaling Utility.
5. Click on 96 DPI which is normal font size
6. Click on Apply
7. You will need to reboot your computer

After you are done, relaunch the installation and you will then be able to see all of the buttons
