Video and Audio can be choppy

Sometimes the hardware acceleration is set to high on your computer for Media Player to function correctly with the training

Solution:

1. Go to your Desktop
2. Right click on Desktop
3. Go to properties
4. Click on Settings Tab
5. Click on Advanced
6. Click on the Troubleshoot Tab
7. Slide the Hardware Acceleration slider to the left
8. Click on Apply
9. Click on OK
10. Click on OK
