CD Product Activation Via Internet Fails


Symptoms:

    You are trying to activate or register your CD product and are getting an error message similar to the following:
    Could not connect to the registration server

Detailed Information:

    Our registration server needs to return the activation to your computer via port number 1582. If this is blocked on your firewall, the communication will fail

Solution:

    To resolve this, you can take one of several actions:
    1. Open port 1582 on your firewall
    2. Email your product key, Name, Course title, and Company name to techsupport@learnkey.com
    3. Call Technical Support 435-674-0037 or 800-482-8244
