When trying to install a new course, This Requires Administrative Rights error message appears

Detailed Information:

This error means that the user that is currently logged in is not registering as a Local Administrator. LearnKey training can only be installed in a Windows NT, 2000, or XP under a Local Administrative login.

Username to log in is Administrator not as someone who has an administrative permission to their account

Solution:

1) Log in using the Administrator account on the computer and install the LearnKey CD to the default location
2) After the install has completed, a training window will appear and have these five fields

First name
Last name
User name
Password
Verify Password

3) Enter the users information in the fields and make sure you can see the training
4) Close the training
5) Download and install the LK_NetSec.exe utility from the following link

This will not affect any other software on your computer

6) After installing the upgrade any user can access the software by inserting the CD and letting it autorun or launch the LearnKey software from the menu.
7) Also, make sure that you have the most up-to-date version of the training software.

a) Start the LearnKey training
b) Click on the question mark in the upper right corner and choose About LearnKey training to see the version.
c) Go to http://support.learnkey.com and scroll down to the "CD-ROM " section to see if there is a newer version available, if there is, download and install it.
